All returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of receipt of shipment. Any returns received after 21 days will not be accepted.
Merchandise Conditions
All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached (please leave all tags attached when testing clothing fit!)
Merchandise Damaged by Shipping
If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you furnish us with information from the carrier documenting the damage. Simply send back the damaged merchandise, along with the documentation from the carrier and we will send you the same merchandise back at no extra charge as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Orders Shipped
If the product you receive is not the correct item or size that you originally ordered, My Pet Apparel will pay for all return shipping charges as well as charges to send you the correct item and/or size you ordered.
Reshipping, Cancelled Orders and Refused Orders
All refused/returned orders will result in a 15% restocking charge. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You the customer are responsible for the charges to have product shipped back to us.
Return Procedures:
- Include the original Invoice or Packing slip.
- Email us to request an RMA#, and you must include this RMA# with your return. Please make sure it is visible on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on the merchandise packaging!
- Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or similar packing.
- Please use the enclosed return shipping label to ensure accurate addressing of package.
- We recommend sending items with a tracking number in order to confirm delivery. My Pet Apparel is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Please include the following information with your return/exchange: name, address, telephone number.
Exchange Size(s):
- Follow the Return Procedures. (see above)
- Merchandise conditions must be in the same condition as received.
- Shipping charges will be billed to you through your original payment method.
- Write the correct size requested onto the packaging slip.
- Once we receive the shipping payment, we will ship the new correct size to you. If the correct size is not in stock, we will ship it to you when it becomes available. You may wish to email us to check availability of the correct size.
- There are no exchanges for clearance or discontinued items.
Refunds:
- Refunds are available for items returned in original condition and packaging.
- All refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- There are no refunds for clearance or discontinued items.
